Our story
For generations the Maxwell Group has been offering quality coffee across the country. In 2015 a hotel project was born. Wishing to make discover our land of origin to the greatest number we settled in the heart of the Gwydir forest park. In addition, we have partnered with local producers to provide our customers with quality products all year round
